No. Every plan uses the same end-to-end, zero-knowledge encryption, the same EU residency, and the same open-source clients. Paid tiers only add storage and features — never a different privacy posture. We physically can’t read your notes on any plan.

Annual plans are billed once a year and effectively give you two months free versus monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time; we prorate the difference.

We’re EUR-native with SEPA, card and invoice options. Team and public-sector customers can pay by EUR invoice with a signed DPA. No US payment processor ever sees your account contents.

Yes — on every plan, including Free. Export to Markdown plus attachments, or a documented JSON archive, any time. There’s no lock-in: your notes outlive your subscription. See the migration tools.

A one-time €149 purchase of the Personal tier for buyers who’d rather not subscribe. Early cohorts are capacity-limited because lifetime plans have to be funded responsibly — we won’t sell more than we can sustainably support.

Each plan includes a monthly pool of agent calls. Agents act only within scopes you grant, and agent-created content is always readable by you. Teams share a pooled allowance; overage is billed transparently per block.
